Coaching to transform your behavioural patterns -
success through resonance

This coaching aims to enable sustainable behavioural change by transforming the way we think and act. It is based on the conviction that many of our behaviours are the result of individual life experiences and the resulting automatic reaction programmes. And it is precisely these programmes that can be changed!

Professional coaching interventions offer you support in making targeted changes to your behavioural patterns and transforming your inner attitude. An essential part of this coaching is a behavioural diagnosis carried out at the beginning. By looking at your behaviour in different situations, you can identify what drives you and what holds you back. This makes it possible to change existing patterns towards more beneficial behaviour. .

One element of this coaching is goal-orientated thinking; inspired by Goethe's quote ‘As soon as the mind is directed towards a goal, many things come its way’, which means that the focus is clearly directed towards positive goals. This goal-orientation opens the mind to new possibilities and directs energy in productive directions.

Gratitude is a key: consciously practising gratitude promotes a change in mindset. Gratitude helps us to appreciate the moment, recognise the potential of the present moment and experience a deep inner connection. This experience of resonance creates a stable basis for change.

Another focus is on working with visualisation and cognition. Specific visualisation techniques are used to imagine goal-oriented scenarios that reflect the desired behaviour. The resulting cognitive dissonance is used as a catalyst for growth. The discrepancy between current and desired behaviour experienced with all the senses forms the basis of a possible transformation. Supportive behaviours can be internalised and new attitudes can be firmly anchored.

Every person is unique, and professional coaching takes individual needs and backgrounds into account with empathy and cultural sensitivity. Coaching is more than just change - it is a development process of growth and fulfilment.

Let's take the first steps together and start drawing on your potential. Make the connection. I look forward to supporting you in your development!

You can’t go back and change the beginning, but you can start where you are and change the ending.

A new beginning: shaping sustainable happiness

In our consumer-oriented world, many people believe that material wealth and professional success are the key to lasting happiness. However, the phenomenon of the hedonistic treadmill shows that initial joy and satisfaction decrease over time and fall back to the original level. The endless cycle of "higher, faster, further" does not lead to long-term happiness.
Work plays a central role in our well-being, as we spend a large part of our lives at work. Studies show that aspects such as work organisation, social relationships and job satisfaction are crucial to our happiness. A value-oriented corporate culture that emphasises integrity, sustainability and social responsibility, as well as a supportive work environment, promote long-term happiness and job satisfaction. An environment in which employees feel valued and can identify with the company's goals and vision plays a significant role in this.
Individual coaching interventions help people to make conscious decisions and implement changes in their behaviour and working life. It is up to you to set the course now to break the cycle of the hedonistic treadmill.

Start from where you are now and achieve better results for a happier and more fulfilling life.

I've had a lot of worries in my life, most of which never happened.

About rituals at the turn of the year

Rituals accompanied mankind for thousands of years because they have transformative power that goes far beyond the common and ordinary. Especially during the New Year’s Celebration the healing effect unfolds across various areas of life. Rituals are powerful tools for releasing inner blockages and creating balance.

The turn of the year symbolises transformation, while rituals promote connectedness, trust and the connection to our inner self. Integrating rituals into coaching practices opens up new paths and supports personal development holistically. Rituals not only offer structured approaches to achieving goals, but also promote self-reflection and strengthen self-efficacy.

We wish you a confident start to the New Year 2024.

Objective: Excellence in business

Investing in employee professional development is an excellent solution to increase opportunities for career growth in business and improve company culture. The LinkedIn Global Talent Trends Report 2022 found that employees consider professional development to be the most important way to improve company culture. In fact, 93% of employees said they would stay with a company longer if it invested in their career. Companies that offer one-on-one coaching to employees at all levels are improving both their company culture and employer branding with this investment. Factors such as company culture and flexible working options are crucial to ensure employee retention and that employees prioritise internal mobility over external employment opportunities. Keyword: Quiet Quitting

The use of data-based behavioral profiling at the start of my delevopment work provides effective tools to assist in the assessment and analysis of processes related to recruitment, onboarding, development and employer branding. The results provide the basis for the analysis of personal and professional behaviour and the evaluation of strengths and development potential. Keyword: War for Talents, targeted onboarding

This was the topic of my workshop at the Wirtschaftsjunioren Potsdam: Recognising strengths and development potential, both for yourself and teams, a workshop with Uwe Grassnick

Pointing the way...

Sometimes it just takes a change of perspective, a new angle on life to create moments of change. It takes passion to commit to a new endeavour with clarity and the certainty that it actually comes from a deep, autonomous sense of self. Aliveness and energy gives you the stamina and inspiration to keep growing and learning. Stagnation and indifference occurs when you simply act from the outside in to meet the expectations placed on you by others. Define your own milestones of success and find your own path.

The time we take is the time that gives us something.

Take the time!

There are many conflicting messages out there and the people spreading them demand a high level of attention. Don't forget to retreat at times; to take a breath, pause and reconnect. It is good to give yourself a break from time to time, a few hours, a weekend, maybe longer, to reflect on your progress. Check in with yourself and see how you are doing. Cherish the time you spend with the people you love - it is a kind of energetic vessel to be close to ourselves and others. It is this inner essence that resonates with ourselves and helps to activate our self-healing powers and vital energy.
